GENERAL CONDITIONS of renting

General conditions of renting

Season

* High season November 1st to March 31st.

Electricity and water

* Electricity and water are charged at the end of stay and deducted from the deposit. Electricity is charged at 6 Baht Kw, water at 60 Baht m³.

Cleaning

* Mandatory cleaning is done 1 or 2 times a week + a cleaning at your departure. This service includes change of sheets and towels. It is billed at the end of the stay and deducted from the deposit (350 Baht for all studios, 500 Baht for Suites of 62-74m², 520 Baht for suites of 92m² and 900 Baht for double suites of 140m²).

Payment

* The amount of the rental plus the security deposit is payable (in Baht or in your currency) upon your arrival (minus the amount of the deposit paid).

Deposit Amounts

* Deposit Amounts: Studios 31 or 37 and 41 sqm, 5000 Baht per month. Studios and suites of 48 m², and 7,000 baht per month, apartments of 62, 74 or 80 m², 10,000 Baht per month. Suite 92 or 140 sqm, 15,000 Baht per month.

Reservation guarantee

* To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 30 to 40% may be required depending on the season and the owner.

Transfer

* If you wish, we can report you with a serious transport company for the transfer of the airport to your residence, or for any other trip.

Internet

* Unlimited Internet connections (WiFi or 3G) are available in some of our apartments on request (to be specified when booking).
